Based on the proposed online system, all certificates and mark list will have a QR code printed on it. Anyone who wishes to verify these certificates and mark list should scan these and upload to computer. Once the required payment is done to the University, the system verifies the genuineness of the certificate by scanning the QR code.<\/p>\n

This system will also facilitate the offline verification of documents. This is helpful in the case of documents which do not have data stored in the servers. The person or firm can upload the scanned documents to the computer. These documents will be verified manually with the original documents at the university. As per the reports, the university has completed digitization of all documents of pre-degree course and degree courses till the year 1984. Transcripts of marks of a particular candidate can be generated using the proposed online plan.<\/p>\n
