Like men, women too like to go to parties and have the time of their life. But due to various social taboos and security reasons women are not able to go to DJ parties. Fortunately, a women’s organisation is going to change all that.<\/p>\n
Blossom – the city wing of women’s organisation Inner Wheel Club – has come up with an option for women to let themselves loose and that too for a social cause. The organisation is hosting an all-women DJ party at Hilton Gardens Inn on Saturday under the name ‘Let the Music Play’.<\/p>\n
This is the second time Blossom is coming up with such an event. Last year they conducted a DJ party and it was a grand success.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
The DJ party is hosted for a special cause. The donations of the DJ party will be handed over to Government LP School in Mylam to build sanitation facilities. The programme was mooted as women too need to have some fun.<\/p>\n
Women above 18 are allowed. It will be a non-alcoholic party. The Rs.800\/- will include dinner. The party will be from 6pm to 11pm. Passes for the DJ night are available on the Facebook page: Inner Wheel Club of Trivandrum Blossom. It is being distributed through outlets such as lifestyle store Sarwaa, techie hub DanBauk, Tejeswani and Bhavani and Nila food courts.<\/p>\n
