As the curtain for 17th IFFK is all set to fall by today evening ‘shutter’ bagged the highest audience poll after a tough\u00a0competition with ‘Filmistan.’<\/p>\n

The Malayalam movie ‘Shutter’<\/strong> was directed by Joy Mathew, who acted the lead role in ace director John Abraham’s ‘Amma Ariyan’. The story of ‘Shutter’ happens within a span of two nights and one day. The story revolves around four characters which were enacted by Lal, Sreenivasan, Sajitha Madathil and Vinay.\u00a0The cinematography of ‘Shutter’ was done by Hari Nair.<\/p>\n

The Hindi movie ‘Filmistan<\/a>‘ was directed by Nithin Kakkar come second and ‘ID’ the Hindi movie directed by Malayalee KM Kamal comes third in the audience poll.<\/p>\n

African director Sulaiman Sisse will be the chief guest during the finale of IFFK which will be held at Nishagandhi today evening. The minister KB Ganesh Kumar will give away Golden Crow Pheasant and other awards to the winners. The Cultural Minister KC Joseph will chair the function. There will be cultural programme as part of the IFFK finale.<\/p>\n

The best picture will bag Golden Crow Pheasant award and the best director and budding director will get the Silver Crow Pheasant award.
