Entecity<\/strong> is poking nose into the aroma that flow from every quarter during this Christmas time. Major bakeries are busy preparing their variety cakes and other items to welcome Christmas. Most of them are for display sales.<\/p>\n

Ambrosia<\/strong><\/h3>\n

With all varieties of mouth-watering cakes Ambrosia<\/a> is all set to commence their Christmas display extravaganza<\/strong> from 21 December onwards. The variety display will be conducted at Kowdiar and Bakery outlets of Ambrosia. While talking to Vinod S Panicker<\/em>, Managing Partner Ambrosia he said the Christmas rush has already started. The festive time special is the ‘Luscious Plum cake<\/strong>‘ which will come in tins. They will also display ‘Brownies’ which will be coming in containers. The cakes will range from Rs. 400 to 800. Apart from usual cakes, they will have ‘Double chocolate cakes’, all types of cookies, Halwa (Milk\/Dry fruit) display in all their outlets.<\/p>\n

Square One<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"Square<\/p>\n

The Square one is a women’s organisation which make home made items. As part of Christmas the Square One has already started their Food Fest at the Little Flower Hall<\/strong> at Vellayambalam on 18th December and the speciality is fruit cake. The cake ranges from Rs. 550-650. There will be ‘Motifs<\/strong>‘ (icing cakes) and various take aways. The Square One will give reduction if there are bulk orders for cakes.<\/p>\n

Apart from cakes the fest will have sarees, bed spreads and home linens (towels) and will come to an end 24th December.<\/p>\n
