Vyapaar 2012 raised its curtains on 19 December 2012 with much galour and the area is vibrant with stalls from all the cross section ranging from business to information technology. Apart from private stalls government stalls also decorate the expo. The stall of Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT) which promotes New Media, Television and Films give information on the innovative media training programmes for the digital era. The other government stall is of ‘Milco’ with the slogan ‘Pure Milk and Milk Products’ which portrays their toned & double toned milk, curd, pure ghee, milk sip-ups in vanila and chocolate flavours and sambharam (butter milk).<\/p>\n
The Kerala Livestock Development Board which is the pioneer in the field of dairy cattle cross breeding and frozen semen technology also has a stall at Vyapaar. The government Public Relations Department (PRD) has also installed a stall here. One among the highlight of the show is the stall of Silk Mark Organisation of India which spreads the message ‘Silk Mark Protects and Promote Pure Silk’.<\/p>\n
Apart from the government sectors private sectors also participated actively in the expo. With the slogan of low energy consumption, we can see the ‘Energy Management Stall’ where they will show how domestic power can be lessed to 30%. The CGA System has a stall to enliven the IT field and the Panasonic company has also installed a stall in the expo. A cross section of the industries can be viewed when we visit the stall of Emerging Kerala, Mathrubhumi and Marine industry. The Star Health and Allied Insurance stall brings in a new smart card for purchases in various sectors with a certain discount price.<\/p>\n
The hotel sector has an active participation with stalls of the Swagath Holiday Resort of the PRS Group, the Quilon Beach Hotel, the UDS, the Classic Avenue etc.<\/p>\n
Apart from all these fine art shop Tangerine, the boutique Mahek and the branded Palpable for fashion and apparels also are in the show. When the stalls give a novelty to the show, the active seminars with group participation enliven the expo. With the wide range of stalls for the entrepreneurs and common man, the expo ended on 23 December with a hopeful note.<\/p>\n
