A new fast food outlet exclusively for south Indian cuisines, called <strong>Dosa Plaza<\/strong> has been opened at the food court in <strong>Leela InfoPark, Trivandrum. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dosa Plaza offers delicious and yummy variations of dosas, which cater to the taste buds of the people. What makes DosaPlaza unique is that, they serve 27 trademarked dosas, which you can\u2019t find anywhere else and also\u00a0<strong>104 other varieties of dosas<\/strong>. Apart from these, the outlet serves other south Indian foods such as Iddli, Wada, Upma, Uttappa and Pav bhaji. With 45 outlets across India and 7 international outlets in 3 countries-UAE, Oman &amp; New Zealand, DosaPlaza is the largest runner of South Indian cuisines.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style undertaken by <strong>R&amp;J Ventures<\/strong> founded by two entrepreneurs <strong>Reneesh S Kumar<\/strong> and his friend from college days\u00a0<strong>JayaKrishnan<\/strong>. JayaKrishnan is an MBA graduate and Reneesh took \u00a0MBA in Travel and Tourism from Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>We have been planning about DosaPlaza for the last 3 years. Instead of opening an outlet in the city, we decided to focus inside the IT campus to get the initial response<\/em>.\u201d said Reneesh S Kumar.<\/p>\n<p>Today was the soft launch of the outlet and the grand opening will be held on January 2nd.\u00a0\u201c<em>There are only few outlets that serve south Indian foods and people prefer these foods more. That\u2019s when we thought, why don\u2019t we go with DosaPlaza?<\/em>\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>One more outlet of DosaPlaza is on its way at the Infosys campus, Technopark.
