Facebook<\/a> announced a new site on August 02\/2012 to share the stories of users using facebook in extraordinary ways.<\/p>\n

Facebook Stories will come up with a different theme each month. They also have a Bookshelf with some Goodreads list of books related to each month’s theme. The website will also feature a Playlist, which uses Spotify to allow users to explore different genres of music selected by inspiring artists, says Facebook stories<\/em> in their blog.<\/p>\n

Reading List is another feature facebook stories will have. This will give you exclusive entry to the archives of some of the world’s best storytellers.<\/p>\n

The first facebook story<\/em> is ‘Remembering’ featuring ‘Mayank Sharma’ from New Delhi. The 29 year old Mayank lost his entire memory after he contracted tubercular meningitis. FB says Mayank Sharma used Facebook’s ‘People You May Know’<\/strong> feature to retrieve some of the experiences he lost. In the Bookshelf section you will find some titles that helped the author Joshua Foer hack his memory on the way to winning the U.S Memory Championship. The Playlist section will feature electronic artist Sabrepulse of Chiptune community.<\/p>\n
