The Korean two-wheeler company DSK Hyosung launched two new superbikes in India – the Aquila Pro (650-cc) and GT650R-2013 editions. The Aquila Pro650<\/strong> is a new superbike in the company’s Indian portfolio, whereas the Hyosung GT650<\/strong> is upgraded to 2013 model.<\/p>\n

Aquila Pro650<\/h2>\n

The styling is inspired by the legendary Harley-Davidson V-Rod. The Aquila GV650<\/strong> is powered by 647cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected 90-degree V-Twin that also powers the GT650R.The bike can deliver 70.2 bhp with 6.2 kgm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed transmission. Aquila GV650<\/em> can hit a top speed of 195 kmph.<\/p>\n

The bike also features a single front and rear disc alloy wheels which are light-weight. Other features include adjustable forward controls, adjustable 43mm upside-down forks a, LCD digital display and LED tail lamps.<\/p>\n

The Aquila Pro will be available in three colour variants \u2014 Red, Silver and Black.<\/p>\n

Hyosung GT650R<\/h2>\n

For 2013, Hyosung GT650R has received a restyled nose that looks sharper and aids aerodynamics. The large air dams seen on the previous model have now been scaled down to look much sleeker. There is now a V-shaped headlight in the place of the old single headlight unit and the wind deflecting visor is also more rounded.<\/p>\n

The GT650R is upgraded with a refreshed instruments panel, which includes a bold analogue tachometer, a digital speedometer and other usual array of warning lights. The LCD panel displays fuel level and temperature. The rider\u2019s palm grips are comfortable and the control switches are nicely placed.<\/p>\n

Hyosung GT650<\/em>R still houses a four-stroke, 647cc, liquid-cooled, V-twin engine that delivers 72.6bhp of maximum power at 9000rpm, with a peak torque of 6.2kgm at 7500rpm. It has a one-down, five-up pattern, six-speed transmission gear that is connected to a well-weighted clutch.<\/p>\n
