Enter Rima Kallingal, the municipal secretary who first objects in opening the restaurant, later realizes her mistake. Story takes a new turn when Karthika Nair is introduced and how Kammath brothers solve her problems forms the crux of the plot.

The story has striking similarities with the script-writer’s previous work, Pokkiriraja, especially in its latter half, told in a rather yawn inducing manner. Overall, Udaykrishna-Siby K Thomas duo rehashes own works and cooks up an underdone plot, which required skillful direction like what Vyshak did in Pokkiriraja, but that’s exactly what is lacking in Thomson’s direction. Most of the comic intended scenes don’t evoke the much needed laughter nor doesn’t have the right proportion of mass elements. The extensive usage of Konkini slang also doesn’t work out at all.

Technically the movie has nothing special to boast about. Cinematography was decent. Editing was just average, especially in the second half involving the forced flashback which dampened the narrative even more. Music and BG score was another letdown.

Speaking about the acting department, its Baburaj all the way who shines with his seasoned comic timing and action sequences, that one might wonder if he is the hero. Mammootty and Dileep had nothing exceptional to do with such a feeble screenplay; still they did their part with conviction.
