Vishwanath<\/strong> (Kamal Hassan<\/strong>) and Nirupama<\/strong> (Pooja Kumar<\/strong>) fly to US after getting married. There Nirupama falls for her boss and she hires a private detective to tail Vishwanath, to know whether he is having any kind of affair like she has. To her shock she comes to know that Vishwanath is actually a Muslim, who has links with terrorist groups. Rest of the story is about the unknown side of Vishwanath.<\/p>\n

Positives:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Kamal Hassan<\/strong> has delivered a classy performance as usual. The movie has exceptionally high technical brilliance. Sanu Varghese\u2019s cinematography is top class. He has set a new bench mark for camera work in the industry.\u00a0The action scenes in US and Afghanistan are wonderfully executed. The movie demands to be watched in big screen to appreciate its richness.<\/p>\n

Pooja Kumar<\/strong>, Andrea<\/strong><\/a> and Shekhar Kapur<\/strong> did their part well. Rahul Bose<\/strong>‘s performance as the bad guy is outstanding.<\/p>\n

Negatives:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

At times the movie becomes painfully slow<\/strong>. Even though score by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy is good to listen to somehow it does not quite match the scenes. At times and some poorly placed songs spoil the overall effect.<\/p>\n

Conclusion<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Vishwaroopam<\/a> is technically a brilliant movie<\/strong>. Kamal’s best film as a Director till date. Interval block is finest in recent time. Movie is worth a watch without a doubt<\/strong>. The climax is left open ended with sequel in future.<\/strong><\/p>\n
