The outlet would come up at Lulu Mall, Edappally. McDonald&#8217;s have also planned to open its second outlet at MG Road, Kochi, soon.<\/p>\n<p>According to a senior company official, it also planned to open restaurants in major cities of Kerala such Trivandrum and Calicut &#8220;Our next targets are Trivandrum and Kozhikode,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>McDonald&#8217;s outlet at the<strong> Lulu Mall, Ernakulam<\/strong> will have a total area of 3,000SF with a seating capacity of around 70 people. The outlet also plans to launch home delivery service soon.<\/p>\n<p>The master franchisee for south and west India operations of McDonald&#8217;s, Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited, will be responsible for Kerala operations. &#8220;We have a large number of enquiries from NRKs about the opening of our restaurants in Kerala,&#8221; she added.<br \/>\nThe work on the MG Road outlet is fast progressing and it would be opened by March end or April first week.
