The railway will hire the van and service of railway employees will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>The mobile reservation vans will be running on a pilot basis and the service will be launched within three months. \u201cThe vans are being piloted in certain places. The spots and timings will be announced earlier for the convenience of the passengers,\u201d &#8211; said Sarla Balagopal, Chief Commercial Manager, Southern Railway.<\/p>\n<p>According to the source, \u2018<em>Mushkil Aasaan<\/em>\u2019 vans will cover busy junctions and suburbs alike. In Chennai, vans will cover suburbs where PRS facilities are not available. The \u2018Mushkil Aasaan\u2019 mobile reservation vans were introduced during the 2009-10 Railway Budget by then Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee.
