He also said Sanjay Dutt has been a good citizen, a loving family man and deserves our compassion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-9126\" title=\"sanjay dutt\" src=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/files\/2013\/03\/sanjay-dutt1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"503\" height=\"252\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Over the last 20 years my colleague and friend Mr. Sanjay Dutt has been a reformed and good citizen, a loving family man and a person who has braved adversity and come out stronger and better.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>He certainly deserves our compassion and help to put this chapter behind him once and for all. Lieutenant Colonel in 2009 and he is the only actor who has been conferred this title.
