After the huge success of their last released single \u2018Game\u2019, \u2018Chaos\u2019, the Trivandrum based metal band<\/strong>, is all set to release their thrash metal album \u2018Violent Redemption<\/strong>\u2019 on Friday. ‘Violent Redemption’ is the first ever thrash metal album to come out of Kerala, and one of the few in the country.<\/p>\n

The album \u2018Violent Redemption\u2019 deals with social and political evils that we come across in our society. Corruption, warfare and murder come in their lyrics. Violent redemption\u2019 also shows how religion is used against communal harmony. \u00a0It has 11 tracks which includes the title song, \u2018Violent Redemption\u2019, \u2018Self Deliverance\u2019, \u2018Merchant of Death\u2019, \u2018Cyanide Salvation\u2019, \u2018War Crime\u2019, ‘Heaven\u2019s Gate\u2019, \u2018Blacklash\u2019,\u00a0 \u2018The Ungodly Hour\u2019, \u2018Torn\u2019, \u2018Game\u2019 and \u2018Saint\u2019. The album has been produced by renowned musician Skyharbor-fame Keshav Dhar.<\/p>\n

Chaos<\/a> (originally spelt as K.oS till the later part of 2007<\/strong>) is one of the oldest thrash metal bands in the state. The band has made an impact on the college level competition circuit as soon as they started playing. The band believes in music in its purest and most aggressive form – metal.<\/p>\n

Chaos has been active since 2005 and has undergone several changes since its inception and metamorphosed into what it is today. Now Chaos comprises Jayakrishnan S a.k.a JK on vocals, Nikhil N R on guitars, Vishnu Rajendranath on bass and Rohit L T on drums.<\/p>\n

Chaos has done a breathtaking opening act for \u2018Pentagram<\/strong>\u2019, when the band performed in Trivandrum recently. The band has won many prestigious competitions such as Crossroads \u201806 and \u201807, Talent Time \u201806, Virtuoso \u201806, Ragam \u201807 etc.<\/p>\n

Chaos became the only Indian band to be featured in the international metal compilation album \u2018global waves of destruction<\/strong>\u2019 released by \u2018Metallity\u2019, an acclaimed online magazine. The song \u2018Merchant of death\u2019 was featured in the \u2018Metaller\u2019s Mayhem\u2019 compilation album featuring 25 top bands from India.<\/p>\n
