The Young Indians (Yi), Trivandrum Chapter\u2019s Annual Meeting was held at Hotel Windsor Rajadhani, Trivandrum<\/a>.\u00a0The program started with the review of activities carried out in the chapter during the last year, by Mr Kishore George, Chapter Chair.<\/p>\n

Yi National was represented by Mr Nagaraj K \u2013 Imm. Past National Chair (Employability), Yi, Managing Director, Aparajitha Corporate Services.<\/p>\n

The session was followed by the Release of the Yi Trivandrum Chapter Annual Report.\u00a0Mr. Alex Ajith Philip, Director of Mamre Technologies was appointed as the chapter chair for 2013-14 by Mr. Nagaraj K.\u00a0Mr. Nishant Nambiar \u2013 Director of Inforich Technology has been appointed as the Co-chair .<\/p>\n

The session was followed by an inspirational talk by Mr. Shaffi Mather \u2013 Chief Economic Advisor to the Chief Minister of Kerala<\/strong>. Mr. Shaffi shared his experiences as an entrepreneur and the challenges in the ecosystem. His journey on creating the most applauded 108 ambulance service and Moksha Yug Access were shared to the audience. The audience included entrepreneurs from various fields, YI members, Students of Loyola school (YI-Net ) and their parents<\/p>\n

What is\u00a0Young Indians (Yi)?<\/h3>\n

Young Indians was formed in the year 2002 with an objective of creating a platform for young Indians to realise the dream of a developed nation. The organization has around 1200 direct members in 27 city chapters, 300 members through its corporate chapters, 6000 students through student nets and 8500 young and progressive farmers through the farmer nets.<\/p>\n

The Trivandrum chapter is looking forward to increasing its membership anddo lot more initiatives in getting the Youth ready for nation building activities as mentioned by the Chapter Chair, Alex Ajith Philip in his maiden speech after taking over.<\/p>\n
