Ka Kha Ga Gha is a selection of Bhattathiri\u2019s works for leading Malayalam periodicals for the last three decades.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Malayaleegraphy- An art with Malayalam scripts\" href=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/malayaleegraphy-an-art-with-malayalam-scripts\/\" target=\"_blank\">Malayaleegraphy- An art with Malayalam scripts<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The exhibition shows the versatility of the delicate whorls of the Malayalam script. By writing Malayalam phrase with an Arabic font Narayanan Bhattathiri makes his case on the basis of the malleability of the script. \u201cI\u2019ve done Malayalam in Mandarin style as well and, in fact, I don\u2019t think there is any other language that can be tweaked this way,\u201d says Bhattathiri. Be it from a child or a graphic designer, these drawings will never fail to evoke a reaction. While other graphic designers moved to other modes of art, Narayanan Bhattathiri has managed to stay true to Malayalam calligraphy. Unlike cartoonists, artists in his field rarely get appreciations for skilfully manipulating the letters.<\/p>\n<p>The unsigned works of Bhattathiri have now garnered much attention, as visitors to the previous exhibition recognised certain graphics from the magazines. The exhibition will continue till April 30. On April 20 and 27 at 2pm, Bhattathiri will be conducting a Calligraphy Workshop for children, explaining and demonstrating the nuances of Malayalam Calligraphy.
