Spice Spar invites you to the ultimate battle between the authentic Spanish Catalan professional chef George Kuruvilla of Cafe Tapas and the Indian Guajarati home maker turned chef Usha Shah of Apostrophe. Mind-boggling fusion of tastes awaits you at the Spice Spar.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Z8t7k9YBNBA?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the event, there will be a western classical music performance by the authentic classical band \u2013 Paradiso headed by vocalist Grace Versson from US. Their music includes Beautiful, Layered Melodious Ballads, Up-Tempo Contemporary Songs, and Dramatic Italian songs. Paradiso will also perform instrumental compositions of its own. The show promises to be an amazing new experience to the citizens of Trivandrum.<\/p>\n<p>The show will start at 6:30Pm and the guests are offered welcome drinks and Spanish Indian appetizer pack. At 7:30Pm the band Paradiso will start their performance. When the buffets are opened, the music will continue as instrumental. The lounge will have a dedicated bar and snack service thought the show. They will also have a dedicated lounge in the buffet area with butler service in addition to the welcome drink.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>El Extrella Lounge<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El Extrella otherwise known as \u2018The star lounge\u2019 will have 800 seats and will have access to the main course Spanish Indian dinner, in addition to the complimentary welcome drink.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>El Opera Lounge<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El Opera launch will have a seating capacity of 400. They will have a prime angle to the show and will enjoy a welcome drink and appetizer pack.
