   In short..worst experience for me till now from any travel agent.

   In detailed you can go thru the below

   I have booked a Wayanad trip through Aries Travels including a cab for 4 days sightseeing (including pickup and drop). The entire amount i paid at the office before travel. (i regret that decision!!!)

   On the day before travel date itself i have given my train number/time including seat no so that the cab triver can easily get in touch.Travel agent confirmed me that he will send the cab drivers number before i get into the evening train but i didnt get any msg.

   Our nightmare started from day 1 morning when we arrived Kozhikode station at 6 AM. There was no one to pick us and no number to reach (our "great" travel agent have the habit to switch off the mobile from 6 PM -10 AM..).

   We called up the hotel were accomodation arranged and through them we got another cab (driver1) after one hour and we started our Journey.
   2 hours passed..and i was cursing myself for going with this agent.
   We recieved call from the driver2 arranged by Aries that he is waiting at the station to pick us.

   Then we came to know that our "great" travel agent gave the wrong number to cab and another different number to the hotel we booked as well.

   I have informed the travel agent/driver2/driver 2 cab office that i dont want to continue with this travel agent anymore and i will go with driver1 itself for the rest of the trip.

   Then there started a multiple calls from these guys asking them not to cancel this and i dnt have to worry anything else in this trip that they will settle the driver1 and will take care of the entire sightseeing.

   Finally i agreed so that i dnt want any more confusions in that trip.

   day1: we stayed at hotel leaving the driver1 and no sightseeing.
   day2: driver2 came to the hotel for sight seeing and started our trip.

   then driver 1 called me saying he still didnt recieve any payment from the driver2 manager and they are bargaining now with him…
   and now his friend is in the hotel and i need to settle that amount 2000Rs!!!…

   Now Friend of driver1 started calling me to settle that 2000 rs.

   Above to that driver2 turned up telling that his allocated kms is done anymore sightseeing i need to pay extra amount or else i need to talk to his manager.

   Now me and my wife lost all the enthusiasm in the trip and wanted to end this trip itself.

   Now i started to manage the calls between driver1, his friend, driver2, driver2 manager instead of our "great" travel agent (as i mentioned he will not pick the calls in the evening).

   On last day everythign was finaly settled by giving 2000 to driver1 friend from my pocket and go to Kozhikode before i catch my train and collect that 2000rs from the driver2 manager.
